The step that tells you what you will get and what it will cost. We work out the problem with you and check it against your systems, team and budget. Then we write a plan with a fixed build price. The plan is yours, whoever builds it.

How can the price be fixed?
Because we settle exactly what will be built first. The Specification Sprint produces a written plan, and the build quote covers exactly that. If your needs change during the build, we plan the change as a next step and quote it separately.
Why does this cost less than big-company software?
AI does much of the routine building. Experienced people make the decisions that matter. And we build only what your business needs. There are no per-user licence fees for a system you own.
What if I only want the plan?
Then take the plan and go. It is yours once the Sprint is paid: use it with any developer, for internal approval, or build with us later. 50% credit applied to Spec when you build with us.
Who does the work?
A senior engineer leads every project. They define the problem with you, design the system, check every change and approve every update. AI does much of the routine building under that review. That is where the saving comes from.
What if something goes wrong?
You pay in agreed stages, called milestones. Half is paid up front and counts toward those stages in order. If a build ends early, and not because you broke the agreement, we refund money paid for stages not yet started. The code has a 30-day warranty from handover. The insurance that covers your project is named in your agreement before any work starts.
Who owns the software?
You do. The software, the plan and everything needed to run it are handed over. You are never tied to us.
Where does it run?
In your own cloud account or on your own servers. We set it up there and hand over everything needed to run it, so it stays under your control.
What support is available after launch?
Two options. Operate & Evolve, from A$1,990 a month: we look after your system where it runs, watch for problems, keep it secure, check the backups and improve it each month. Or pay-as-you-go maintenance, quoted per job.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. We are based in Brisbane and work with businesses across Australia remotely.
Do you do home IT or computer repairs?
No. We build and support business software. For a broken PC or home network, a local IT support provider is the right call.
