Why we started Smartible
Large organisations have long had software built around how they work. Smaller businesses have usually had to choose between spreadsheets and costly, lengthy projects. We started Smartible to close that gap.
Smartible's founder has more than 20 years in technology, from electronics to the cloud, including as a Chief Technology Officer. Today that includes running IT and security for a group of manufacturing companies and reporting to four CEOs. That means living with software every day: the audits, the outages, the month-end rush and the staff who just need it to work.
AI has cut the cost of building software. It has not replaced the judgement that makes software worth having. That is the part we bring: a clear understanding of the problem, a written plan, automatic checks on every change and support after launch.
